FAQs

Can I have a different file size than what's listed in the product description?

Of course! Before purchasing, please contact me with your size requirement. Once I have reviewed and confirmed your request, you can proceed with your purchase and I will send you a download link with your customized file within 24 hours.

What kind of paper do you recommend for printing?

For the most visually stunning final results, I recommend printing the pages using high-quality paper, such as heavyweight, matte photo paper, card stock, or glossy photo paper. I prefer matte paper over glossy for art prints to reduce glare, however it is a personal preference.

Where can I download my files once I’ve purchased them?

Your files will be available for download from your Order Status page at all times. You should receive a confirmation email with a link to this page shortly after purchase. If you don’t receive an email, be sure to check your junk folder. If you have any issues locating your files or downloading, contact me and I’ll help you.

Do you take custom orders?

Depending on the type of request, I do occasionally accept custom orders. Please contact me to discuss!

Where do you recommend printing my files?

If you prefer not to print at home, I would recommend sending your files to an online printer such as Vista Print, Shutterfly or Snapfish to ensure quality and color accuracy.

The printer I want to use says that I need permission to print the art. Can you help?

Absolutely! Please download my print release form and show it to your printer. They should allow you to print afterwards. If you still have issues printing, please contact me and I would be happy to reach out to the printer on your behalf.
